Our trio of bakers are the first staff to arrive every morning. Long before the buffet opens to our guests at 6:30 am, they fill up the ovens, transforming the kitchen into a Little Paris, with croissants and baguettes, elegant pastries and wholesome breads.
The open bakery was equipped in cooperation with a master French baker – only the best ingredients are used in our dough including premium butter from the Czech Republic and flour imported from France.
Our recipes are constantly honed and developed which means a rotating offer every week and the opportunity for our regular guests to continually discover amazing new breads.

Artisan sophistication and quality ingredients is the French way. Our pain au chocolate, baguette, croissants, cakes and wholegrain breads taste as authentic as in a Parisian boulangerie, with our bakers importing flour directly from France.
